To make both genders happy, I decided to post about why both genders are equal. Why their abilities as a whole are equal, why they suffer equally(previous topic) and other stuff. If you have any evidence against any of what I have said then please post it as a comment.
Firstly, intelligence level. Research shows boys are better at Math and Science. However, girls are actually better at English, Literature and Arts and they can remember stuf better. This is because a girl's emotions are developed at a much earlier stage than boys, thus making their emotions more nurtured. That is why girls do better at those subjects. But boys, when they have a conversation with someone and the other person has a problem, they will immediately seek a solution while girls just share their experiences with them. Like what Ash said, about the brain cell thing. Girls are better spellers (because of memory). Boys have a lot more experience due to their physical abilities which can help them.
Next, workload - or who suffers more. Yep, the common for females, giving birth, housework and work if she is working. And also, many people say women work for longer hours but get paid less, but I have a theory for that. Their work might not be as good as what the men have produced, and there is no reason the boss should be sexist, because he or she thinks of the quality of the work, not the gender right? This proves boys work harder and are more goal oriented. And for the boys who have to go for army, it is really tough. Some people even died during training (not the reason for you to escape from Singapore when you become 18). But in other countries where there is a shortage of people, women are needed too.
Workload part 2- Most women do housework even after work and they teach their children or help them with the homework. However, now there are men doing it! Or the women could simply take the cash from the husband and hire a domestic helper. Men sometimes go overseas for business trips, long hours of overtime. It is difficult for them too. Others which labour under the sun really really have to endue that heat and the pull on their muscles.
Childbirth - both the mother and child are in the danger of obsterical or maternal death during childbirth. Plus it is hard for women to work during pregnancy but they still have to do it. Women also have to sffer kicks from the baby during gestation. HOWEVER- men also suffer during this period of time too. They have to care for their wives, and do more of the housework, and their workload is increased.
The king (or president, minister) of a powerful nation must have been born in the first place, and nurtured and taught carefully by the mother. But the rest is really up to him. He must put all that he learns to the test, and being a king is not easy. So really, men and women suffer eaually in this area. But hey, suffering more is actually good, because in the end you get a fruitful harvest(figure of speech).
War- Okay, most men go to war. Their sacrifices for their loved ones and their patriotic feelings for the country are the most honourable. They go through pain and risk their lives in the battlefield. But not only men suffer from war. I mean, bombs are dropped everywhere, no food, no medicine.
We all have equal rights. We need each other, if not why would God have created two genders? If we need each other why would He make one of them better than the other?
Altogether, I want to say that both genders are amazing! No matter how different we are, we contribute to society. No gender should be discriminated or despised. I hope you understand what I mean
